Recently, the Faculty of Economics and Management at Van Hien University organized a highly valuable practical learning opportunity for its students through a field trip program at J&T Express Vietnam Co., Ltd. This activity was designed to help young students step outside their textbooks, directly access, and thoroughly understand the dynamic operations of a leading enterprise in the modern postal and logistics industry.
Throughout the exchange session, the student delegation received a warm welcome and profound insights from senior representatives of J&T Express. The experts dedicatedly updated the students on the new waves of technology in the courier industry and the development trends of E-logistics (e-commerce logistics), while emphasizing the crucial importance of a flexible mindset and real-world problem-solving skills. Furthermore, valuable insights into the human resources landscape and recruitment criteria illuminated future career paths, helping students clearly visualize the profile of a professional logistics specialist.
The forum became highly vibrant and energetic upon entering the direct dialogue session. Numerous questions revolving around supply chain operations, automated sorting systems, last-mile delivery solutions, as well as apprenticeship policies and potential internship programs were thoroughly, closely, and enthusiastically addressed by the experienced professionals at J&T Express.
Concluding the journey, what the students brought back was not only vivid, visual professional knowledge but also an ignited spark of passion, helping them feel more confident in their career choices within the digital economy.
The organizing committee would like to express its deepest gratitude to J&T Express Vietnam for their thoughtful and warm hospitality extended to the student delegation from the Faculty of Economics and Management, Van Hien University.
