To enhance the quality of training by orienting the connection between theory and practice, the Faculty of Economics and Management organized a field trip and practical experience for Business Administration students at Nam A Bank – Hiep Tan Branch. This activity not only helped students access a professional business environment but also provided them with an opportunity to better understand their chosen field of study from their early years of university. Before the experience, the instructors guided the students in learning about the company, explaining the rules and regulations necessary to help them better prepare for the real-world work environment. This was also an opportunity for students to cultivate proactiveness, discipline, and professional conduct.
During the experience session, students received valuable information from bank representatives about the organizational structure, operational activities, business practices, work processes, and career opportunities in the finance and banking sector. In addition, they directly observed a professional work environment, customer service style, efficient departmental allocation, and corporate culture. Through this field trip, students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of learning through practical business experience. The genuine insights from the company motivated them, provided clearer career guidance, and highlighted the importance of developing communication skills, teamwork skills, responsibility, and proactiveness in their studies. Furthermore, students realized that, besides professional expertise, work attitude and adaptability to the business environment are crucial factors in enhancing competitiveness in today's context.
Practical experience will become a valuable asset, helping students become more confident on their academic and career paths in the future!
