The meaningful journey of the “House of Compassion 2025” by Van Hien University (VHU) students has made a successful stop in Gia Lai province, fulfilling the aspiration to deliver stable homes and bring new hope to disadvantaged families in the community.
Meaningful Achievements in Gia Lai
The VHU delegation successfully completed a deeply significant mission in Gia Lai (an area identified as needing substantial support), focusing on supporting the construction of housing for vulnerable households.
During this mission, the team achieved important milestones, making a practical contribution to providing families with a solid foundation and stability, especially ahead of the upcoming rainy season:
- Inaugurated and handed over 01 completed House of Compassion.
- Organized the groundbreaking ceremony for 02 new Houses of Compassion.
The VHUers bravely faced all difficulties and weather conditions. Van Hien students worked together to carry materials, paint walls, and install roofs to complete the houses - simple tasks filled with great significance.
This passionate dedication from VHU's youth beautifully portrays a generation of students committed to serving the community. Each house built is not just a shelter from the rain and sun, but a new beginning, where faith and hope are rekindled after months of hardship.
The House of Compassion 2025 journey is ongoing, carrying a powerful message of sharing and human kindness.
