The faculty of economics and business administration, Van Hien university, successfully organized an experiential field trip to FPT Telecom Company at Tan Thuan export processing zone, district 7, Ho Chi Minh city. The trip was conducted with the goal of bridging the gap between classroom theory and corporate practice, providing students with the most authentic view of a professional working environment in the field of telecommunications and digital services.
During the experience, students had the opportunity to listen to invaluable insights from the management board of FPT Telecom, updating themselves on the latest trends in the telecommunications technology market, digital transformation, as well as the importance of working attitude, professional knowledge, and essential soft skills. In particular, the sharing about recruitment criteria at FPT Telecom helped students clearly visualize the career development path of a true professional in the economics and technology industry.
The atmosphere of the exchange session became extremely lively and exciting during the Q&A segment. Students' inquiries about internship opportunities, job requirements for positions at the company, as well as business, market development, and customer service operations, were all answered enthusiastically and openly by the FPT Telecom representatives.
The trip not only brought vivid practical lessons but also provided tremendous motivation, helping students to orient their future career paths more clearly.
